Welcome to ILoveSussex.Com, the web site with information and news about the beautiful southern English seaside county of Sussex. The county includes many well known towns and cities;

Brighton
- One of the original towns for bathing and now the place to visit for dance, music and culture.  Brighton Pier is one of the only thriving piers in the UK and features a fun fair at the far end.  Theatres, comedy clubs, nightclubs, cinemas, concerts and much more to enjoy to enjoy in this cosmopolitan city.

Chichester
- County town (but really a city) of West Sussex.  This delightful area is a joy to visit with surrounding countryside, the natural Chichester Harbour and the city is home to a Cathedral. Also nearby is Goodwood House, Goodwood Racecourse and Goodwood Motor Sports Circuit.

Hastings
- Home of British history, well known because of 1066 and the Battle of Hastings, but the town has much more to offer.  The beach launched fishing fllet is the biggest of its type in Europe, an aquarium, smugglers adventure caves, fishermans museum, shipwreck heritage centre and many more attractions make it worth visiting this historical town.

Eastbourne
- The famous Victorian seaside resort is still very popular for British holidays.  A long three tiered promenade, Beachy Head, Eastbourne Pier, tea pavillion, four theatres, international tennis and a annual free air show above the beach are some of the highlights that can be found to visitors to this resort.

Lewes
- County town of East Sussex, with the River Ouse meandering through the town, this is a typical country town that is well preserved and well worth a visit to see the remains of Lewes Castle and also Anne of Cleeves House.

Worthing
- A traditional seaside resort that is still visited by the many tourists who like to holiday beside the sea.  With theatres, cinemas, a pier and lots of lovely villages scattered just outside the town.

Bognor Regis & Littlehampton
- Charming Sussex seaside towns.  Bognor is home to a Butlins holiday centre, a pier and all the usual seaside resort attractions. Littlehampton boasts a sandy beach backed by dunes and the mouth of the river Arun.

Crawley
- One of the 1940's New Towns and home of the U.K.s second biggest airport, Gatwick.  The town now has a population of nearly 100,000 and a thriving economy.  A great shopping centre and some lovely parks and gardens.

Battle
- Site of the Battle of Hastings (the town of Battle did not exist in 1066).  Battle Abbey was built in celebration of the battle.  The town is a typical Sussex town and has various attractions to entice you.
